The company was founded in 2013 by myself, Mark White, and I continue perform all the inspections myself. When considering the cost of a home inspection, remember to take into account the potential return on investment in relation to the cost of the inspection. All homes and properties have defects that may or may not be readily apparent to the buyer and even the seller (regardless of how long one may have occupied the property). That said, for example, a $350 home inspection may potentially return several hundred, or thousands of dollars in repairs or other price negotiations prior to closing.  We do not post our pricing online because each home or property is different. Pricing is based primarily on the age of the home and square footage. Homes with crawlspaces, unfinished basements or constructed on slab foundations are all priced accordingly.  Add-on inspection services (those not included with the general home inspection) such as : Wood Destroying Insects (Ex: Termite), Radon Screening, Well Water Sampling, Septic System Inspection, Pre-Drywall Inspection (New Construction), Pool and Spa Inspection, Large Outbuilding Inspection, Thermal Imaging and more are available for additional fees. 


The home inspector may be the only individual in the real estate transaction that has no vested interest in whether you buy or sell a particular property or home.
